SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2007

Thu Nov 22 2007

SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2007 Please meet DENX at the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2007, 27 - 29 November 2007, Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, Hall 7A, Booth 610

Low energy dissipation and high performance are buzzwords for automation technology. At the show we will present a new version of the Embedded Linux Development Kit (ELDK 4.2). In addition to latest software (U-Boot-1.3.0, Linux-2.6.23, GCC-4.2.2, glibc-2.6), this release adds support for high-performance, low power 64 Bit multi-core Power Architecture® systems like the PASemi PA6T. With the Xenomai RTOS emulation framework we provide a powerful hard realtime Linux environment for POSIX and proprietary systems.

ELDK 4.1 for Windows Released

Fri Feb 09 2007

DENX has released an ISO CD image which runs on Windows 2000/XP systems, providing Windows users a convenient way to test-drive the powerful free Embedded Linux Development Kit (ELDK). It uses the free Cooperative Linux kernel together with a minimal Fedora Core 5 GNU/Linux installation.

In addition to the cross-toolchain, the ELDK also contains a directory tree which is immediately useable as an NFS root file system for the embedded target with lots of precompiled binaries. For more information please see the "README.txt" file on the CD and visit our wiki.

Make sure to meet us at our booth 12-338 (Hall 12) during the embedded world 2007 exhibition in Nuremberg to receive a free copy on CDROM!
